trip up north on the 28th july

a week to go,3 off us are heading up north a week tomorrow,two green gtr1400's & a fzr1000,i hope the weather hold's,looking at the forecast it's on the change tues/wed,1st night staying on yorkshire moor's,then up to scotland,i can't wait to head off.may even take my camera on this trip.

That sounds really good mate ... YOU WILL love Scotland .. not sure about the bit north of  Midhurst but the rest is nice .. yes for goodness sake we want to see some "Tapps piccies" !!!

Tapps, whereabouts on the Yorkshire Moors are you staying? Please tell me you're not camping. 


Rusty stayed at a half decent B&B in Bradford before heading up to Scotland, a really friendly host with a secure garage etc.


Wherever in Scotland you are heading I do hope you don't have to suffer the bloody rain that Rusty and I had,  it never bloody stopped until the last day.

One last thing, not sure which way you are heading into Scotland but I'll share with you what we were told, north of Loch Lomond, as your heading towards Glencoe there is a very straight stretch of road, this one.....





The local plod have a speed camera that'll get you at 3km, now that's just not cricket! They often park up on this stretch and they've got you before you've even seen them.
