Today I led my RoSPA Group's monthly rideout. 150 miles in Shropshire, Staffordshire and Wales and as it was such a sunny morning I finally got a picture of my GTR before we set off.

Unfortunately the rain did come   but we stil had a good day out.

Looks good. I think everywhere had a share of the rain today to some degree or another.

How do you blokes get to keep your bikes so clean?

As for ROSPA, I'm going to start looking now for my local group.

I dont ever think I do a good enough job of keeping the bike clean, but on saturday came up with a new technique to get decentaccess to the front wheel:

Park bike at 90 degrees to car with back wheel of bike adjacetnt to car wheel
Bike on centre stand
Use ratchet strap around grab rail and through alloy wheel on car to pull the bike down
Hey presto..front wheel in the air and easy to turn!
(beats draggin it round by hand!)
