G3 Glasscoat

I've been doing some train journeys lately and have been reading MCN.
They seem to be applying glasscoat to their bikes as it helps protect the paint, easy cleaning etc.

Has anyone tried it ?

I've acquired an MV Agusta Brutale 990R and want to keep the new toy in good condition !!

 I coated mine in Supagard that I had spare from doing the wife's car (£5 off fleabay) and it seems to work.

Makes cleaning a lot easier, especially the wheels but you do have to put some effort into the prep.
