2010 model which I had for 2 years
7,900 miles which included 3,250 miles around france and Italy, 750 miles on a Scotland weekend, 900 miles on a Devon and Cornwall long weekend, 500 miles at the cotswolds weekend and the remainder miles were day rides here and there
not a lot of miles in 2 years for a big comfy tourer  but in my defence I also have the use of a second bike and my car when the weather was or is :shit:
getting on now...  but not as old as Rog or Geoff

Silverback

59 plate with 8300, but in my defence, I've done 1600 in the 4months i've owned it.

dezzer

July 2009 37000, all of them a pleasure.....ahh

Looking at this it looks as if my GTR may be one of the oldest on here. Any other contenders for senior GTR1400 (sorry Boomer not 1000cc) I know they are out there cos I had a test ride on an 07 reg bike at bike safe in 2007.

40k now, Sept 2010 bike. Really loving the bike and planning to keep running it for many years yet.

Mechanically superb and reliable, cosmetically not great now due to me being a sponge dodging owner.

Martin.
65,000 miles now. Loving this bike.

Boomer

Aug 2007, 51k miles and still loving it.
They can take it away when they prise my cold dead hand from the throttle!

+1  :agree:   Nov 2007 but only done 13000. Still plenty of life in the old dog yet as well as the bike.
Better to be old and grey than the alternative!

Rusty

March 2011...so 27 months old and just clicked over to 21,000 miles yesterday ! Brilliant and NO complaints whatsoever !

Sorry Barry but my 1400 was registered and in my garage on the 5th August 2007.
They are still the 08 model just sold in 07.
The first ones sold & delivered in the UK were in the last week of July to people who had pre-ordered.
The Yanks had them about a month before we got them so the oldest will be over there or in Japan.
