I never have the panniers on the GTR, but since I have had the Versys I quite often put them on and fill them with change of gloves, different riding kit, and spare civvy gloves and hats,     Oh and not forgeting my umbrella

Da ya know Steve, I just knew that it was a grave error not buying two sets of pink armbands all those years ago They would have looked really cute tucked away in my panniers, just waiting for the day when my number 1 set had passed to the other side
