Insurance problems

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what you are insured under as regards the bike model.

Im currently insured with carole nash on the other 2 bikes, but when I went to put the GTR on that I want to pick up tomorrow it comes up on there system as a ZZR1400 performance.
This obviously isn't correct as its not one, but the reg is showing that bike.
When I asked have they a Concours 14, 1400 GTR, Concours 1400 blaa blaa blaa, they don't have them on their system.

Help and advice required please either on the thread or via PM........

ive been with carole nash in the past and they found my model ok, listed as a GTR1400.  some places list it as ZG1400

Amazing.........phoned again and spoke to someone else and hey presto, its listed as 1400GTR. So all good now..........thanks

When you called back you got the intelligent Monkey.
Previously you got the "don't give a ****" Monkey.
All the insurance companies pay their employees peanuts, so I feel the Monkey epithet is appropriate. 
The UK service industry only really has one problem.
They wouldn't know a good service if one bit them on the nose.
