Nope, not a Citroen either!

Anyhow, i got one with installing my rear carrier and top box. Heres the plate bolted on.




I then bolted on the base plate and wired up my lighting contacts.



And heres the top box installed. Is it me or is it massive? or maybe just really high up looking?






It seems perect for the passenger, with the bonus of a back rest.

Hi Kev,

   Its not too big but does look too far back which can adversely affect the handling. My rack almost touches the back of the seat whereas yours is 4"- 6" back from yours.

Looks like a tidy job tho', always nice to make or mod stuff to suit

Cheers mate. Ill have another look at it later. Ill have to get my laddy to sit on the back and see what its like. 4 to 6 inches may cause the passenger to have to bend forward but ill use the child as a gauge!

Today some 3W Cree LED side lights arrive from ebay, so i installed them.
Cost me a tenner from http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300869759518?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Heres the bulbs, they 12mm wide, anymore and they wont fit.


Here an old LED bulb (left) compared to the Cree.


Heres them on with the HIDs. Should see me coming now!

Bought a Stebil/Nautilis horn off ebay for the GTR. Mine was packaged Ring RAH900.




Following the advice of other, this was installed under the right hand side panel. I used a strip of metal to make a bracket for it and wired up the relay to the battery and original horn wires.




I do have a video of the sound test, but havent had time to edit it together.
