Sorry Geoff, could not get over there as I was busy first thing, but I did manage a quick ride to Squires for a brew and to J&S in Doncaster, Roads were wet with the odd dry sections.

Cant believe J&S who are a Kawasaki dealers do not have a GTR in the showroom, I bought the last one they had 6 months ago. They have everything else Kawasaki do.

They have quite a few Guzzi's in though, They have a retro looking V7 racer with a chrome tank which was brand new and looks quite nice actually. Probably a bag o shite to ride though. LOL

Anyway the Bike got filthy so it gave me chance to wash it and try out the new Atom bike dryer. Great piece of kit, blasted the water off the bike in minutes. Great for getting water out of all the nooks and cranies.

See ya next time hopefully

OC what do you mean you went outside to feed the dog, are you telling me it lives outside, in this weather?  :nono:

She's a working dog (retired now) and lives outside 24/7, 365 days a year Steve. she's never lived inside

Her kennel is dry, insulated and warm, plus she has a proper run, she's exercised twice a day as well, and looks much much younger than her 10+ years, we love her to bits

Just checking OC, I hate to think of dogs outside in this weather even horses, I always think they'll freeze. I'm just soft where animals are concerned. They should be tucked up in front of a log fire watching Emmerdale with their owners. When we got our Mac, he was a working Springer who had never ventured over a threshhold into a house. Twas funny watching his reactions to things like the TV. Now if he goes out for a wee and its raining he comes in shivering.... :mfr_lol:

Had a good rideout today for 3 hours, ended up in Bakewell ( derbyshire ), visited our favourite bakery came away with a lovely tart, and Angie did not mind at all ( lol ). The bike is a mess it will take me ages to clean it, but was worth every mile.
get a grip and deal with it

Me and my partner Lyn will always remember Bakewell, soon after we had met we went for a ride out and stopped in Bakewell for some lunch and a stroll down the river, all was serene and lovely UNTIL  splosh a seagull unloaded big time  :shit: and scored a direct hit dead centre of Lyn's head, oh dear, what a mess. So it's a place we will never forget.  :undecided:   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!                                                                             Is that lovely little bike museum still there?
What would you rather be   or a wasp?
