Finally got round to fitting the Beowolf rad guard I bought ages ago. Cost £50, in black aluminium, looks better than stainless or silver IMHO. Took 10 minutes to fit following the instructions from the lady on the Beowlf stand at NEC. No cable ties or extra fittings. It hooks over the rad at the top and is secured at the bottom via the single 10mm standard bolt. Can recommend it. ;D

I have the stainless one - excellent bit of kit.

Some of the bikes at work (after 3 rad replacements!!) have them - they work!

Not noticed any overheating problems with mine either in 20k

Four is fun.  Six is sex.

Concur the beowulf rad guard is easy to fit and cheaper than new rads from flying stones

I have a Beowulf one too. I went for the black one, didnt think it woud suit the bike but I was wrong. The Beowulf 'factory' is in Halifax where I work, popped in on occasion when passing and the staff are great. If you ever get a chance to visit and see what they do or discuss with them any ideas you'll be made very welcome.
