Easy ! Computer generated engines will just go on and on and on ... just keep the oils and filters changed and it will outlast the bodywork !

fully agree mr rusty! theses are car size engines pulling a 3rd of the weight, providing your not a big porker ;D I had a zrx1200 for 5 years and screwed its neck most of the time, never had one single problem with it, I just change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles, a mate at work still as his zrx1200 as a second bike with 67,000 miles on the clock, and it still goes like the dam clappers! kawasaki make good strong robust and fast engines! another excellent engine, was in my 1998 honda cbr 600 fw, now that took some serious stick on and off the track, 47,000 miles and it still went like the dam clappers when I sold it!
getting on now...  but not as old as Rog or Geoff

My mates Pan European - its probably done 170k now. Modern engines just go on and on and on ...

Still wouldn't have one though. WTF wants to ride a big scooter?

A tad harsh!

Gotta say if it was 'you can have one bike for the rest of your life' the ST13 would be it

I've always fancied a Goldwing. In fact I was looking at a couple in Colin Appleyards at Keighley only this week.

I know some-one who sold their Blackbird and bought a shiny new new Goldwing with all the bells and whistles....6 months later he chopped it in, as it just wasn't exciting enough...he now owns another blackbird  :(
It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Bondu

300 miles now, chuffed to bits with this great machine  ;D

Lonewolf

Looks very nice indeed, your garage door just needs a lick of paint ;D

Well I certainly wont be buying another one looking at that Photo...Personally & it's my opinion only. They now look Ugly...what's with the Side Fairing. To me the most attractive part of the Bike....now looks like it's only part complete. Sorry , thumbs down from me.

Take it you mean the 'vents'?  I prefer the earlier (mine) model - the new one looks too 'organic', but it's not exactly a munter!
