I used to collect RAF USAF militaria and this item at this price is a complete rip-off. There comes a point when aviation leather gear is beyond redemption - this set is very close!

I used to have an original WW2 Irvin flying jacket (dated 1942) and the heated sheepskin trousers the bomber crews wore (now we are talking rare). Put that set with the flying boots which you could cut down to normal shoes if you baled out (they had a small compass in the heel as well) and kerching !

Shame they all were swapped or sold cheaply before the value shot up !
