Another filtering casualty

I watched one of those Emergency Bikers shows on T.V yesterday, it featured a bike cop who struggled to catch a 'Filtering' biker.

He pulled said biker over, and explained that whilst there is no law against filtering Per se,  he was warning him that it was non-the-less a dangerous thing to do.

The filtering biker was sent on a two day bike riding awareness course for his troubles.

He was on a 125 and most of the video was sped up so it looks worse than it actually was.
He's still a nob though.
