well i had the pr3's fitted on thursday,my pal is looking into getting new tyre's on his gtr in the near future,he told me to do a google search on the pr3's,the result was a little like MARMITE,you either like them or you dont.they cant be as bad as the oem tyre's that are fitted, mine had done 4,700 mile's & they both had squared off.i will see how the pr3's last.may go out in a mo & scrub them in.

You surprise me, I haven't heard any negatives about them.

Fitted some to my Bavarian Beast and they are superb, even with the weight (bike - not me!)

Great handling, phenomenal in the wet, peg scratching everywhere and very confidence inspiring.

Longevity is good too.  Still got 3.5mm left after over 5k.  Best I've ever got out of a set of hoops
Four is fun.  Six is sex.

Yep its usually a thumbs up from GTR owners who have fitted the PR3s...don't forget though that tyres, like women, are a very personal choice   :whistling:

ive done about 4k on my rear pr3 and ive got a very very small amount of squaring , hardly noticable , the tyre still looks new. The last 1000 miles ive done on it was back from south of france on the motorways so im happy with the slight squaring

my original bridgestone was toast at 4k, so im defo ahead with these tyres

is you riding mostly motorways

I second what Viper has said. I have just changed my rear PR3 after 6900 miles. I only got just over 4K from the Skidstones and they were hopeless in the wet. As soon as you start to tip into a corner with the Skidstones thet felt as if they were sliding. The PR3's are a completely different feel. No sliding in the wet until you actually reach somewhere near the limit of grip and even then you can feel the slide just starting. They give great feedback.
