fitting an optimate battery lead.

i fitted one yesterday & pinnched the cable in the metal plate which hold's the battery in place,it caused the fuse to blow on the lead,i took it off & gave it up as a bad job,popped over alf's in worthing to ask there advice on fitting one & the manager said bring it in & we will do it for you,i asked how much this will cost me & the reply was (wait for it ) NOTHING  now that's what i call service,another satisfied costomer
