I have a great reluctance to change my standard headlamp bulbs for those lovely brighter ones

Can I ask the forum if I'm suffering from 'xenophobia' ? :undecided:

No - you suffer from Xenonphobia!  :mfr_lol:

Hi Kfshman, sounds like you have figured it out. Bloody dealers eh?

Where are you? Most of us are in the UK but we have members in South Africa, USA, Canada, Norway, France, Germany, Italy etc.
Once you get to know the people on here you will realise that it was not intended to be racist, merely humour.
We all regularly make fun of each other and sometimes we forget that someone new doesn't understand.
i understand and apologies to all members for miss understanding .. There are four gtr1400 in the entire country two 2008 - one total damaged from an accident .. One 2010 (mine) .. And 2012 .. Dealer does not have the capabilities and it is shameful .. I fix my own depending on past experience (25years biker) .. And the rest depends on my simple knowledge  and perfect tools. Am from UAE DUBAI and working and living in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. GTR is kind of difficult technology when compared to other Japanese bikes. To tell you the truth, even if I was the only one with that beautiful motorcycle I will still own it.  She deserve all the sacrifice and headache. Viva GTR

In fact we feel like orphans in this region but our presence is very clear to all on the roads

Harley and Suzuki are dominant here

Kwikasfuki

How often do you change the air filter? It must get clogged with the sand frequently?

We clean it regularly but 15000 km we change it.. We change the oil quick also due to extreme heat

9p a litre?!!!!!

Now you have succeeded in making the entire forum very envious!!

My father worked for a year in Riyadh, but it was quite a while ago. He also mentioned that filling the tank in the car cost just a couple of quid!

Enjoy your GTR :)  any pictures of her ?

very nice bike .. i like the top mirrors on your originals. That is a very brilliant idea.
the top box is very nice also.
I placed an order for the bar extenders, Vance & Hince slip on and GSG sliders.
am still at the begining with accessories and will post a vedeo when finished.
