I just purchased a Remus Hexacone Titanium Slip-On silencer. Question is, do I need to get the ECU remapped? Hopefully the answers "No" regardless of whether I use the baffle or not.

Cheers All

Remus say...

'All Remus cans feature a removable baffle system for track use. They are designed to utilise the engine's standard set-up, so they provide a straight replacement for a stock exhaust; no re-jetting or other changes are necessary - although of course they can be used in conjunction with optimised engine tuning.'

I had a BOS can on my GTR and it ran like der bollox with out any re mapping....

Take out the baffle and enjoy the ambiance..... preferably through the Hatfield Tunnel... Mmmmm  :gunsmilie:

+1 but the Rotherhithe, Blackwall or Limehouse Link Tunnels are far better.... :-)
Ride it like it was stolen...
