Hello from Norway. I feel like i should say somthing here as i have been lurking the forum for a while and read it all soon. Hope you are able to read my limitd english.

Bought a 08 GTR last week. As a nice upgrade from my 92 zzr1100. Each mile i spend on the GTR the more i love it. Sure there is some issues but overall im extremly happy.

Hi
Thank you for the welcomes. I live way south in norway about 6 hr from Oslo. Less on a GTR:)
I like this forum, very informative. I already learned that the black GTR's is faster:)

One thing i would like to know is how to adjust the mirrors. Think mine is stuck.

Already had some of it in bits as i instaled my 660 and autocom. Thanks to the helpfull post here i was suprised to find so much room under the seat.

The bike have had two previous ovners, first one was Kawasaki Norway and used as a demo bike. Then it was bought by a Kawasaki dealer and used by ovner as his private bike/demo.
The seat is kawasaki gel and at first i did not like it but now its ok. Also came with a kawasaki gtr cover. Witch is handy as i work on oilrigs and park at the airport for 2 weeks at the time.

Im sure il have loads of questions in the future

Somthing funny.. Im slling the ZZR on a norwegian site. And today i was contacted by this dude in Manchester. He want me to give him my paypal and then have the bike shipped to UK. Funny thing is that you can buy a ZZR for 1/3 of the cost in norway. If its to good to be true it most likly is to good to be

Cheers

Hej Johnny.

And now... let's change back to English! The above was just a short intro to Johnny about this GTR forum in our "nearly" native lingo... Denmark and Norway lingo is just like south & north in UK! After all... we're all viking's - and you guys - are just the leftovers from one of our many visits to UK!

Enjoy!
Cheers,
Hans

Takk mosegaard

Price on a new GTR in norway is about 288 000nkr so expensive here to.  And is not common here.    I would love to try a GTR with a higer screen. As the one i have feel to low.

Might need to push harder on the mirrors

Hi and welcome.
I thought the same about the mirrors at first and was afraid to break something if I push too hard.
The later you brake the longer you go fast.

Rusty
