Assuming that you've got enough orders to warrant a spreadsheet, should we all start PMing you delivery addresses?  What's the best way to do this?

Am standing by with credit card to pay into your PP account.  I assume you are not going to order until everyone has coughed up, right?

Correct about the payment..

I need a minimum order quantity of 50 for both types of shirt, at the moment orders are standing at 25 Polo shirts, and  17 T-Shirts, so I need more orders 

I will let everyone know when to P.M me their postage/address details once the order is ready to be placed, just prior to which I will also be able to confirm postage costs.

GTR club shirt orders stand at approx 25 Polo and 17 T-Shirts

The initial quote from the supplier was based on orders of 50 of each type of shirt.

I have asked the supplier to re-quote based on a smaller quantity, as it seems that few or no more orders are arriving

This means that the adjusted quantity of shirts will now cost  £14.39 for each Polo shirt plus handling and P&P which will be about £5.00 max
and £11.00 for T-Shirts plus the same above.

If you have ordered and are happy for me to go ahead at the slightly increased prices then I will provide payment details and place your orders once payment has been received.

I NEED THOSE WHO HAVE ORDERED TO GIVE ME THE COLLECTIVE 'NOD' TO GO AHEAD

Delivery will be about10 days following proof approval, so about 14 days in total
