Basic question, but can you tell me if the GTR rear suspension have compression and rebound adjustment?

Thanks in advance

Kwikasfuki

Yes, I believe it does. The spring adjustment is obvious to see, whereas the rebound adjustment is done by a small screw at the bottom of the suspension.

Thanks for quick reply, my actualy query now is whether it will fit into a ZZR1400? Im thinking this could be a quick way to add remote preload to aid touring and quick adjustment as the rear shock oin the zzr is a pig to adjust

Thanks again

The 2010 model only has preload and rebound adjustment, no compression. Both forks and shock. Not sure why, and not sure if the 2009 or earlier models were different.

I would expect the GTR spring rate to be significantly stiffer than the ZZR needs too. Heavier, more rear based weight distribution, expected to run luggage and pillion more often, different forces involved in shaft drive etc.
