Matlock Bath for Lunch

At last the snow has gone the sun shone and the GTR came out.

We had a run into the Peak District, through Ashbourne to Matlock Bath for chips and then onward to Bakewell, Buxton and Leek before heading back home.

The speed limits are a pain at times but the roads were relatively quiet and the scenery, including some remainign snow drifts and banks, was great as ever.



Matlock Bath wasn't as busy as we expected

Only got as far as Nottingham... Matlock always a good destination! Nothing like fish and chips in the open air watching the world go by.

Favourite destination for me.. CMC bikes Clay Cross for a bacon Butt.. Then on to Matlock for the afternoon..

It's only about 50 miles North for me..
