Excellent Customer Service Planet-Knox

Its not often these days when a company, and a large one at that goes out of its way to help a customer. I would just like to pass comment on http://www.planet-knox.com/ and their excellent support after one of their back protectors became damaged.





Was my fault it got damaged, I placed it on the floor by the front door after a ride out, put the bike back in the garage and when I came back in, I discovered that one of the dogs had had a nibble. Quick phone call to Knox followed by an email with a pic of the damaged back protector and hey presto, back protector now fully repaired. Highly recommend them.  ;D
