Thank goodness you can't see my lot !!  I,m out and home ... Werrrr Heyyyyy   
All went well .. key hole was the best option and both sides done .. stitches in, drain out and very sore indeed !! Lots of walking is the order of the day but no lifting/work/loads etc for a while ... can't drive or RIDE either .. wouldn't want to at the moment I can assure you.
Anyway, thank you for all your good luck messages etc .. now .. back to the forum ... what have I been missing ????

Having ridden the bike home about a week before going sick it has only sat there in the garage being cleaned and walked by most days ... Oh how I have missed it.... but tomorrow ?.... Well that's 20 days post op and I am booked back into work next week so I shall be getting my leg over about lunchtime and having a bit of a ride ( I know what you are thinking you naughty boys  ) ... so shall up date you with a big smiley face .........

Got out just before lunchtime .. dry and warm but not hot hot like it has been ... only out for an hour but stopped off near Arundel at Whiteways Lodge ... which in the holidays and weekends is simply stacked with bikes .. but not today, which was nice. A hot cup of tea and a sausage roll went down well ............



This place has come on leaps and bounds over the years ... I suppose like anywhere that makes the effort. The staff are friendly and there are always enough of them when it is busy and they are open in the winter too .. for those cold wet dog walks !  But as you can see .. very quiet today ........
