I got the feeling from Lloyd Coopers that they were 'reluctant' to put the claim in and in fact it was some sort of favour to me for them to do it  :hammer: ffs!
She is like the Bumblebee, she should not fly....... and yet she does!

Just had a call from the dealer, very apologetic and trying there hardest to get it sorted this week.

I hope so, i am of to Spain on sunday for a week lying on a beach and want it done before i go.
