Why do you want a replacement factory screen? If you've got a 2011 model then it's already what was the larger option on the "old" model.

If you want to buy an aftermarket screen then there are already many threads

P.S. I've got a CalSci

Tapps!!!!!!!!!!! It's a motorbike, it's cutting through the air as you ride it, that air has got to go somewhere ie over/or round you. If you dont want that lovely fresh air whistling round your lug holes, go in, or get a car.  :smartass: :mfr_lol:
What would you rather be   or a wasp?

fair comment there,i've managed to scratch the screen,i always gave it a good soaking prior cleaning it & more often than not i'll use a NEW CLEAN CLOTH.they are not surface scratches as you can feel them with your finger nail,i cant seem to get them out or make it look unnoticable a simple solution would to be replace it all together for a new one.i got a price on one from cresent kawasaki near HAMBLE,with vat is was around the £250 mark,no i didn't order one.i understood they were around the £152 mark,i'm trying to get the right part number so i can be CERTAIN I'LL BE ORDERING THE RIGHT ONE.

You can get that stuff to remove scratches

O.C.

Tapps, I haven't personally used this stuff, but I guess it can't do any more harm and is somewhat cheaper than a new screen

I use micromesh on aircraft windscreens, it's the mutts nuts, as long as you're patient and follow the guidelines. Used it on an old visor once with excellent results. The plastic/perspex polish is great for minor scratches & swirl marks, and for finishing off after the micromesh.

+1 with Winston  ... looks like good stuff and if it helps keep the screen clear and unscratched then that has to be good

My pot of "stuff" arrived a few days ago .... put on a couple of layers so far ( phewww ... smelly stuff ! ) but havn't yet been out in the rain to see how well it works ...  wether it's as good as Morissons furniture beeswax polish I shall have to wait and see !
