Viper, I would be tempted then to ensure you are running on UK gallons and not US gallons, because it sounds to me like you could be.

Im gonna check that , once i find out how, you may be right. I dont ride hard and ive got the chicken strips to prove it

You Lonewolf is a Steeley eyed missle man ( Nasa compliment ) you were right and ive just changed it to uk. 

On my sums a uk gallon looks about 17% larger so it should record about 7 -8 miles more mpg, i know thats just figures as i was getting that anyway, im just happier now as i always thought the gtr was a thirsty pig
