After replacing air filter yesterday & baring in mind where it is & having to remove parts of fairing. How much are those who prefer to leave it to dealers to do, what are they being charged. Is all bit of a pain. Quite time consuming. Good fun though !

That's it then. Lack response can only mean big money from service centres for such menial tasks.....!

I looked under the tank......once  and the array of stuff lurking there, stared back.. and seem to say 'oh look someone who knows not what the fook they are doing :death:'..... sooooo i put the tank back on and went back inside to lie down for a bit

How long does it take to take the fairing off? On my 08 GTR I can whip it off in a couple of mins.
Then its a case of moving the relays and slightly bending the bracket out of the way.
I reckon it can be done in about 15 - 20 mins

 :agree:

Yeah, even I've changed the air filter twice, tis a piece of cake to do, just take your time and be patient.

That's my point. The rate per hour a garage charges would make it pretty pricy I reckon. Reckon took me an hour.

So then, I nice long weekend down to Ziderman country and a long draft of the golden fluid while Ziderman changes the filter at reasonable West Country rates    YES?    or      :nono:
Just because many do it does not make it right. Just because many think it does not make it true.
