What a bunch of tossers!
Sitting around on their asses filming and laughing instead helping their mate to get his bike out of the mud. :(
The later you brake the longer you go fast.

Thats what made it so funny.  ;D

What's so funny about being inconsiderate?

mecki, it's called humour.  ;D

Over quarter of a million hits in less than 4 weeks, it must appeal to a few folk.  ::)

Honestly mecki, half of the time I dont know whether you're just trying to wind us all up or whether the Germans simply have absolutely no sense of humour. Which is it?  ;)

I'd say a different sense of humour perhaps.
The guy going over the handlebars head first into the puddle IS funny but the rest is just embarassing.
Laughing about people in distress does say a lot about your attitude, though.

If that's the definition of distress in your dictionary, I dread to think the definition of angry!

It's called empathy.
If I fell head on into a puddle, got wet all over and couldn't get my bike out of a hole in the middle of nowhere - I would call that distress.
And I would probably get angry if a bunch of tossers would sit around filming and laughing at me instead giving me a hand.
I definitely wouldn't find it funny. >:(

Got to agree with LW - funny clip, hilarious, and the lack of assistance made it even funnier!

Just boys doing what boys do!

Loved it.

On other side of coin, the rider and his mates were obviously out for a day mud-plugging and they were probably all clarted at the day's end.

Been there done it.

Whilst we had no camera, one of the funniest days out MTB-ing ended with one broken collar bone, and me and three others with lycra melted into open friction wounds - guess what? Everybody pissed themselves laughing the others misfortunes.

It's a laugh and as long as no one is seriously hurt (look at our standards?!!) why not enjoy it with them?

Doesn't look like the rider is too bothered. Guess we must be watching different videos.

As Winston says, we did a lot worse in our days. And you know what? We still piss ourselves laughing when we reminisce.
